restaurants, and karaoke lounges to funky boutique department store, lifestyle
shopping centre, and wedding studios. Sukhumvit Soi 55, also known as
Soi Thong Lo, is popular among foreigners and Thais. This soi is connected
to Soi Ekkamai (Sukhumvit soi 63), which also has similar places of entertainment.
At night, Thai style street food stalls on the pavements along both sides
of Sukhumvit soi 55 are quite famous for Thais.

J Avenue
J Avenue, located in Soi Thong lo 15 (Sukhumvit 55), is a new lifestyle
shopping centre where you can hang out all day or enjoy shopping in
a supermarket selling numerous types of exotic foods. There are various
nice and trendy shops and restaurants to serve you. |

Institute
Pridi Banomyong Institute, located between Thong Lo soi 1 and 3, is
an art and cultural stage, academic institution, as well as an art
gallery displaying both Thai and international artists. Many interesting
activities and exhibitions are arranged there.
