- Lotus Valley Golf Resort is one of only a handful of Gary Player designed golf courses in Asia.That pedigree is the basis for all great golf played here and inspired us to undertake our thorough re-design just a few years ago.
Formerly the World Trade Golf and Sports Club, Player, the famous South African golfer, created a good balance of golf challenge while using modern golf course construction methods and quality. The course opened about 15 years ago.
The course was redesigned by Jon Morrow and Turf Pro Golf's Craig Bertram about four years ago, keeping the original routing, enhanced by Bertram's re-shaping of the green complexes.
Lotus Valley now enjoys a reputation for being one of Bangkok's best maintained and managed golf facilities.
As for the future : The long-term vision here at Lotus Valley calls for growing a real golf community and resort with even more amenities than you'll find here today (a lot). Perhaps even the opportunity to take up residence here. Keep watching and see us grow.
