  • Children 3-8 years discount 50% on all meal arrangements.
  • Cancellation and No show policies:
  • Any cancellation made after the confirmation by hotel voucher will be charged by one-night rate.
  • The international transfer fee of the refund will be borne by the client.
  • Any no show will be charged in full amount of booking
  • Any cancellation made within 15 days prior to guest's arrival will be charged in full amount of booking
  • Any cancellation must be in writing (by fax or e-mail) and must be sent to Alex Holiday Co., Ltd.

  • Extra Bed : 495 THB/Person/Room/Night. inclusive of breakfast for 220 baht.
  • Remark :
  • Only Deluxe Room type has Double/Twin Bed. Other room types are only Double bed.
  • Any room type can put the extra bed excepted superior room and deluxe twin bed.
  • Children Policy :
  • Children under 12 years - free when sharing room with parents on existing bed. Breakfast is extra for 220 Baht.
  • There will no extra change for children under 12 years old of age. (maximum one Child per room including breakfast).
