  • Any cancellation made after the confirmation by hotel voucher will be charged by One-night rate.

  • Any cancellation made within15 days prior to guest's arrival will be charged in full amount of booking.
  • Any cancellation must be in writing (by fax or e-mail) and must be sent to Alex Holiday Co., Ltd.

  • Child Policy:
  • Children between 0 and 1.99 years of age and staying with their parents without additional bed will we free of charge.
  • Child between 2 and 11.99 years of age and staying with their parents without additional bed, a supplement charge 200THB/child of the breakfast.
  • Child between 2 and 11.99 years of age need extra bed will be charge 425THB/child of the extra bed rate, inclusive or the buffet breakfast.
  • A baby cot can be provided free of charge.
  • Children above 12 years of age are being charged the full extra charge which includes the breakfast from the buffet.
  • Compulsory Dinner: On 31 Dec @3500THB/Person/Night.
