Cancellation and No show policies:
Any cancellation made after the confirmation by hotel voucher will be charged by One-night rate.
The international transfer fee of the refund will be borne by the client.

Child Policy:
- Max. 1 child under 12 years old can stay free of charge, in room occupied with parents, using existing bed. An extra breakfast for child age 5 - 11 years THB 150.- net per day (Free of charge for child below 4 years old).
- An extra bed is compulsory for children 12 years old and above with extra bed charge applied.
- Baby cot is free of charge and avialable upon request.
Supplement charge:
- New Year supplement charge Bht 300.- per night during 25 Dec 2019 - Jan 2020 (Applicable for all markets).
