The master bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.
Garden Suites : Garden Suites are located on the ground level of the newly constructed Residence, with direct access to the swimming pool and fitness center. Each Suite comes with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers, a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and have private gardens with seating areas.
Seaview Suites : Seaview Suites are located on the top floors of the newly constructed Residence, with unobstructed views of the ocean. Each Suite comes with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers, a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and private balcony with sea view. Guests can also enjoy the Residence's newly constructed swimming pool and fitness center.
Sea Villas : The 2 bedroom Sea Villas enjoy a wide angle view of the beach from the porch or as a vista along the terracotta brick path to the sea. Open plan interiors are light and airy in addition to a fully equipped European style kitchen. A generous sized master bedroom features a free standing tub and separate shower in the ensuite bathroom.
Breeze Villas : With 3 large bedrooms, and a spacious open plan living and dining area, Breeze is Nishaville's premium category villa. Enjoy an uninterrupted view of the ocean while reclining in the outdoor sofas on the L-shaped deck or while bathing in the invigorating waters of your own private Jacuzzi, the choice is yours.
Beachfront Pool Villas : Beachfront Pool Villas are located directly on the beachfront with unobstructed views of the ocean. Each Villa is two-stories and come with 3 bedrooms for up to six persons. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has it's own private bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers are located on the ground floor. The Villas come equipped with a full kitchen, dining room, living room, private swimming pool, and outdoor dining area.
